12 Minute Athlete is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) regimen that offers incredibly effective workouts that you can complete in just 12 minutes a day. This app provides a convenient and time-efficient way to get in shape, whether or not you have access to a gym or equipment.

The app features over 185 full-body HIIT workouts to choose from, lasting either 12 minutes, 16 minutes, or based on a time challenge. These workouts focus on strength, cardio, interval, and core training. Detailed instructions and video demonstrations are provided for each exercise to ensure proper form.

With the ability to choose from seven possible equipment options or opt for a bodyweight-only workout, this app caters to a variety of fitness levels and preferences. The simple functionality of the app makes it easy and enjoyable to use.

In addition to the workout library, the app includes an interval timer and stopwatch for those who prefer to create their own workouts. It also integrates with the iPhone Health Application, allowing users to track their fitness progress.

The app offers a subscription plan at $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage their subscriptions through their account settings.
